About Us
Nestled on 38 acres in Princeton, Minnesota, Alpha & Omega Farm brings together agricultural heritage, culinary excellence, and community connection. Owned by Brad and Kim Hayes, whose relationship began in 4-H as teenagers, the farm is operated with a dedicated team of community members who share their vision of “Living Like You Left the Gate Open.”
Our farm offers authentic agritourism immersion where guests connect with the land and our family of animals—goats, chickens, pigs, alpacas, cows, and donkeys. These animals aren’t just residents; they’re part of experiences like our popular goat yoga sessions.
At the heart of Alpha & Omega is our outdoor dining area featuring Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas. Each pizza begins with our freshly proofed, hand-stretched dough—and celebrates Minnesota’s agricultural bounty through locally sourced ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our own gardens. From spring’s vibrant greens to autumn’s hearty harvest, our menu reflects the changing seasons.
Drawing on Kim’s background in hospitality and Brad’s expertise in education and construction, the farm creates spaces where meaningful connections flourish. Our versatile event spaces, including the Summer Huis, a Scandinavian-inspired cottage—transform gatherings into memories.
Alpha & Omega Farm is more than a destination—it’s a place to unplug from the everyday hustle and reconnect with nature’s rhythm. We create a hub where community celebrates together, small-town hospitality thrives, and every visit becomes more than a meal; it becomes a memory.
We invite you to experience the unique blend of tradition, creativity, and warmth that makes Alpha & Omega Farm a special Minnesota destination.
