Experience an unforgettable evening where the pristine waters of Alaska meet the beauty of a Minnesota farm.
Join us at Alpha & Omega Farm for an exclusive multi-course dining experience celebrating the incredible flavors of wild Alaska seafood, thoughtfully prepared over wood fire and paired with exceptional wines. This one-night collaboration brings together the culinary talents of Molly’s in St. Boni, Citizen Salmon, and the team at Alpha & Omega Farm for a dinner rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and community.
Your evening begins with a chef’s welcome featuring fresh Sockeye Salmon Poke, followed by five beautifully crafted courses showcasing premium wild-caught salmon, sablefish, halibut, and smoked black cod, ending with locally made seasonal ice cream from A to Z Creamery.
Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy live music by Tom Hunter while dining under the open skies of the farm.
This intimate dinner celebrates more than extraordinary seafood—it honors the people and partnerships that make it possible, from the fishermen of Alaska to the local farms and artisans of Minnesota.
BYOB is allowed and encouraged. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
