Celebrating Life and Moments at Alpha & Omega Farm

While Thursday night pizza gatherings have become a beloved tradition at Alpha & Omega Farm, there’s a whole other side to our 38-acre Princeton property that manyguests are just discovering, a side where milestone celebrations, intimate  gatherings, and corporate events come to life against the backdrop of Minnesota’s countryside.
We built Alpha & Omega with a vision that went beyond serving wood-fired pizza. We wanted to create a space where life’s meaningful moments could unfold naturally, where the setting itself would help people slow down, connect, and truly be present with each other.

A Canvas for Your Celebration

The farm offers something that traditional event venues simply can’t replicate, an authentic connection to the land and a sense of peaceful simplicity that helps celebrations feel more relaxed and genuine. Whether you’re planning a milestone
anniversary, graduation party, family reunion, or corporate team-building event, Alpha & Omega provides multiple venue options that can be tailored to your vision. The Summer Huis, a Scandinavian-inspired cottage with indoor restrooms and a designated patio, offers an intimate setting for up to 35 guests. For larger gatherings, the Pavilion provides picnic-style seating for 40 people, while the Grainzebo accommodates up to 30 guests in a semi-private structure. Smaller groups might opt for the Birdcage, perfect for parties of 12, or the Chef’s Table, an eight-seat front-row experience directly beside the wood-fired ovens that includes four pizzas and a specially prepared farm-to-table appetizer. The catering options showcase what Alpha & Omega does best, wood-fired pizzas made with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. But these aren’t just any pizzas. Each one tells a story of partnerships with nearby farms like Walker Farms, Mighty Tiny
Microgreens, and Greenbush Farms. When you serve Alpha & Omega pizza at your event, you’re sharing the taste of genuine Minnesota agriculture.

Real Celebrations, Real Connections
Kim reflects on what makes hosting special events at the farm so rewarding: “Our couples are so relaxed and we have truly enjoyed being a part of their special day.” That relaxed atmosphere extends to all types of celebrations. There’s something about being on the farm that encourages people to let their guards down and simply enjoy being
together. Corporate groups discover that team-building happens naturally when people are out of the office environment. Families reuniting after years apart find the farm provides plenty of space for multiple generations to connect in ways that feel organic rather than forced. Birthday celebrations take on new meaning when they’re set against sunset views and
the peaceful soundtrack of farm life.

Planning Your Event

The Alpha & Omega team works with you to create an event that reflects your style while embracing what makes the farm special. Flexible seating arrangements accommodate different group sizes and configurations. The natural beauty of the
property provides picture-perfect backdrops without requiring elaborate decorations.  Optional add-on experiences can enhance your gathering, making it even more memorable.

Creating Memories That Last

As we celebrate five years of hosting both regular pizza nights and special events, one thing has become clear, the most meaningful celebrations happen when people feel truly comfortable and connected.  Whether you’re marking a major life milestone, bringing a team together, or simply gathering the people you care about for a special meal, We offer something increasingly rare, a place where the setting enhances rather than overshadows your celebration, where the focus stays on the people and the moments that matter.

The next time you’re planning something special, consider trading the traditional venue for something a little different. Consider a place where the smell of wood-fired pizza mingles with fresh country air, where children & laughter carries across open fields, and where your guests will leave talking not just about the event, but about the experience
of simply being together in such a special place.
